Alan Yap holds a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and began his career in the creative industry as a commercial photographer and visual storyteller, working with restaurants, hospitality brands and businesses. His experience in branding, communication and understanding consumer behaviour has shaped his ability to connect with people, understand their needs and build meaningful relationships.

At AMGS, Alan combines his creative thinking and communication skills with financial planning to make financial concepts easier for clients to understand and more accessible. He believes that financial planning is about creating confidence and peace of mind rather than simply recommending products.
