  • Prepare, administer, update and organise records of employment contract, confirmation, attendance and leave.
  • Prepare and submit all relevant letters/documents/certificates/forms as per the requirement in consultation with the management.
  • Implement, update, communicate and enforce overall Human Resource policies and guidelines, strategies and procedures to align with Company's core values.
  • Plan, execute and coordinate team engagement activities and training needs and ensure activities are being implemented and aligned with the Company’s direction.
  • Nurture a positive, motivating and encouraging working environment by engaging with the team on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the Company.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process when necessary, from sourcing of candidates to actual hiring of candidates.
  • Liaise with all government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance laws and regulations.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc assignments and other duties pertaining to Human Resources and Administrative duties as and when required.
  • Oversee and liaise with the finance team on the company’s finance/fund.
  • To take meeting minutes.
  • To act as the role of timekeeper for each meeting.
  • To monitor the due date of the task assigned to each team member.
  • Handle client’s hardcopy and softcopy claim & form submissions for Director.
  • Monitor and prepare slide on the team members’ sales progression and shortfall and report to Director.
  • Prepare and report to Director on each team member’s weekly appointment schedule.
  • Manage company team calendar and ensure it is up to date.
  • Monitor Director's sales incentives.
  • Monitor and overlook the team member’s yearly rewards.
  • Manage company Linkedin and JobStreet’s account.
  • Attend to the Company’s incoming email.
  • Manage and remind the director of his day-to-day schedule and appointments.
  • To assist with Director’s taxation.
  • To update on circulars from Prudential and/or Eastspring to the team members, if any.
  • Age range between 20 to 35 years old
  • Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree or professional qualification in Accounting/ Finance/ Investment or other related fields.
  • Minimum of two years' experience marketing consumer banking products at a fund management firm or a financial institution.
  • Able to converse in Mandarin, English and Malay will be an advantage
  • Experience working in regional markets is a plus.
  • Candidates with relevant product licences will have an edge.
  • Compliant with statutory requirements and regulations such as the Financial Services Act/Islamic Financial Services Act 2013, the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007, and other regulatory requirements relating to unit trusts, investment linked, and bancassurance products.
