Prior to joining AMGS, she honed her expertise in the health supplement industry where she managed a full spectrum of Human Resources functions. Her responsibilities spanned the entire employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and onboarding to training, performance management and offboarding. Acting as a key liaison between management and employees has enabled her to foster a workplace culture rooted in clarity, engagement, and growth.
